Best is to send a request to support@bluesound.com. This will create a ticket and will get follow-up.
It may take several days before your request is treated.

Sending multiple requests does not help anybody, they only make the waiting list longer and have the same effect as a DDOS attack, flooding the support crew beyond their means.
I had to wait +12 days, some weeks ago, but in the end I got my answer. I can imagine the situation has not yet improved. We just need to be patient so the crew can do their work.
