    This is likely caused by a corrupted entry in your home router's memory table and is easily resolved. Please reboot your router, wait 5 minutes then reboot your player, wait 5 more minutes and all should be good. If it is not, please e-mail support@bluesound.com and let them know the make and model of your router.
