Audio Playback Issues from BluOS 3.14.2 and 3.14.5 updates

Hi there,

Came from this thread but I believe I am having a different issue from the rest. I own the NAD T778 and when the 3.14.2 update released, I started experiencing audio issues with certain videos.  Some videos will have crackling in the audio, while others are fine. The issue has appeared on a multitude of streaming services such as Netflix, AppleTV+, Hulu, and Amazon. It does not appear to be service related but rather with very specific videos only. 

I've taken a video of the behavior to show what happens. The first is a TV show on Netflix where the crackling appears, and the second is a YouTube video where it's totally fine. The video can be seen here.
