Android App can't find NAD M10 v.1 on the first try
BeantwortetI have an NAD M10 version 1 connected wirelessly to my home network. I use the BluOS app on an Android tablet to connect to it. Without fail, the first time I fire up the Android app, it fails to find the M10. Pressing "Retry" is an exercise in frustration. Closing the BluOS app and restarting it allows me to connect to the M10 every time on the second try. Still, it shouldn't behave this way and was a bane until I learned this workaround through trial and error.

Looks like you are having a network issue.
Make sure you are connected to the same wifi or network as your NAD M10.
Make sure your Android device is NOT using your mobile's data.
Are you using network/wifi extenders?I see you have submitted support tickets to us. Don't worry, a member of our support team will reach out to you soon.
Thanks for #LivingHiFi -
Thank you but I have NOT submitted a support ticket nor had a member of the support team reach out to me regarding this issue.
For what it's worth:
- both the android tablet and the NAD M10 are connected to the same router via wifi
- the android tablet does not have mobile data capability, only wifi
- No extenders are being used
Just to restate, I start the bluos android app and it cannot find my player (NAD M10 ). Quickly closing and restarting the app is all it takes to find the player on the second try. This behavior is weirdly consistent.
Thank you.
