BluOS module/DALI Soundhub not connecting iOS/Mac

I recently bought a pair of DALI Rubicon 6C Active Speakers with the DALI SoundHub and BLUOS NPM-2I streaming module.

When I launch the BluOS Controller app, I can see the DALI Soundhub on my WIFI network, but cannot connect to it. The progress wheel spins continually but won't connect. Pic attached.

I've tried connecting to it with a Macbook Pro M1 Max, iPad Pro and iPhone Pro 13 Max all with the latest system software. Rebooted everything including router and powered everything down overnight but still no connection over my network to the BluOS Module.

Can anyone suggest any troubleshooting ideas please? Any suggestions gratefully received, thanks in advance.
