Node connectivity
BeantwortetGood morning,
I'm having an issue connecting to my Node (purchased March 2022). It has been working well connected to my wifi since then, but this week it has disappeared first from the BluOS app and then from airplay as well.
I have factory reset it several times, connected to ethernet, and still nothing. After resets it lands on a solid blue light and I can still see it connected to my router because it has an IP. I'm not sure how it remembers wifi credentials after a hard reset, but I have tried re-adopting it during the brief green flashing window and no luck.
I have tried to submit a Support Request through the app but unfortunately I just have a blank black screen when I select support request on any of my devices. Upgrade and Diagnostics options also are blank.
Please let me know if there is something else I should be doing.
Thank you for any assistance!

Hi Greg, firstly power cycle your router then when it fully up and running reboot your NODE.
Airplay is tricky… Apple recently broke the Home App along with Airplay to a degree and some devices (not just Bluesound) have issues but removing them from the Home app and adding them back helps.
Unless you performed a successful factory reset the wifi credentials will still be stored.
If after the reboots / power cycle you are still having issue then you submit a support request by email to support@bluesound.com
