Unable to configure my library on MacOS
AnsweredHi,
I've been using BluOS since 8 months and I've never been able to configure well my Library on my Mac (which is stored in an external SSD hard drive). I went through all the steps in this PDF (https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/article_attachments/360000535587/BluOS_MacOS.pdf) but it never lasts very long, I have to reconfigure it each time I want to use my library (and sometimes it is impossible to get it right). Is there any solution? Why is it so difficult to make it work?

There should be a manual for your router online, it will have a section that details how to reserve IP addresses. If it was supplied by your ISP they will have a dedicated website with info and could probably guide you over the phone.
You may want to log a support ticket with Bluesound so they can have a look at your logs to see if anything is amiss. When the library next disappears use the Bluesound app and select Help…Send Support Request.

I would reserve the IP address of your Mac, any Bluesound devices and controllers in your routers DHCP configuration page. Then add the library to BluOS using the IP address.
