delay between songs
AnsweredI have two Pulse 2i and a large song catalog via a network share.
I recently updated all the software, speaker and controller and now I have a very long delay between songs.
it takes a good 30 seconds to start an album and at least 10 seconds between songs.
This did not happen before the recent software updates. Does not matter if I use a computer or a phone to launch the music.
I have reindexed the library, no effect
Anyway to adjust this?

Try rebooting your Router, then when it’s up and running reboot any Bluesound devices. You may also have to reboot the device with the music share on,

this was not happening before the series of software updates in the last month
I run the speakers through a powerline ethernet because if I don't, the speakers get out of sync. The latest controller update removed my ability to use my IPhone to run the system. works on Android and on Windows

Unplug the power line devices (both ends) leave them out for a few mins then try again.

Also try without the power line devices and use Wi-Fi,

no change. If I use WiFi instead of Powerline, the two speakers get out of sync, even though the speakers are only one room apart and good WiFi connection in both rooms
there has been a series of software updates recently, at one point I had both reasonable start times and I could use my Iphone. Can I get pervious versions of the controller software?

When you next get the delay you need to send a support request to Bluesound, in the Bluesound App select Help…Send Support Request. This will send the logs to Bluesound for examination.
You may also want to check your router to ensure multicast is enabled.
