Library Network Shares - Sync Across Multiple Devices

How do I sync my local network library across all the devices in my household? 

I added network shares to one of my devices, but it does not replicate to all the devices I own. Same thing with music services. Is there any way to sync these across all devices?

I own 6 different devices (four Powernodes, one Node, one M10).  I feel like these were in sync at one point, but no longer.

Any help would be appreciated.
