    Please select Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS App and follow the on-screen prompts so our Support Crew can review your player event log and assist with what you are seeing.

    Hi Dennis, I have a POWERNODE and not experienced this.

    Check to make sure that volume limits have not been set (Settings..audio)

    Would suggest you pull the power lead and leave it out for a good 10 minutes, then try again. Also double check the speaker connections at both the POWERNODE and speaker ends to make sure the connections are good and no stray fine wires that could cause issues.
