Pulse 2 Wifi connection

I can;'t connect via Wifi, continiously get error that fault has occured during installation proces.

Can connect wired, also did troubleshooting with wired connection and re-install the Pulse 2 but as soon if I go wireless, I can't connect. The Pulse 2 is visible when I search for new players but when I try to connect wireless, it doesn't make connection
