BLuOS app Optical input - cycle round play button

Hey Guys

I noticed that my optical input from my Powernode doesnt work anymore. It just has a cycling circle around the play button. All th other functions of the app work such as spotify going to my speakers via the node. I've reinstalled the app, powered down the node, changed the cable, nothing happens! Please help! KR

    At the end of the optical lead (the end that you plug in to your POWERNODE) is there a red light?

    If there is I would log a support ticket (plug the optical cable back in first and select it as a source) and then in the Bluesound App select Help…Send Support Request.

    Thanks for replying. Turns out both sets if cables were duff, the third cable worked! Thank you for your reply

    Glad you got it sorted, optical leads are quite fragile especially if made from glass.
