You will have to explain what you mean by crashing, please elaborate further.

Sorry I should have clarified! The audio will suddenly stop (coming from Tidal mostly) and then the Powernode will disappear from the connected devices and the bluOS app will usually hang up trying to find and reconnect to it. Nothing will happen until I unplug the power cable from the Powernode and plug it back in. Once it reboots, it reconnects and everything works again, but not for long.

Hi Sam, this smells like a networking issue.

If you have the know how check to see if multicast is enabled on your Router! You may also want to try power-cycling your Router and when it’s back up and running reboot your Powernode.

if this does not help please log a support ticket, using the Bluesound App select Help…Send Support Request.

I've tried rebooting our router, doesn't help. Do I want multicast enabled or disabled? I don't see that anywhere in the settings though

    Multicast needs to be enabled.

Sorry for the delayed response. We just upgraded our internet speed service to gigabit speed, and upgraded our router to a Netgear Nighthawk CAX80. I was seriously hoping this might resolve the issue as our previous router was old, but it is still occurring. I see no option or setting in the app for multicast.
