AT&T Pace 5268ac and NAD C700
AnsweredToday I got my much anticipated C700 unit and hooked it up in my office with ethernet to my AT&T Pace 5268ac router. Everything was going well (although I have a lot to learn about the BluOS ecosystem), but at one point, the unit lost connection and went through 4 separate attempts. Ultimately I unplugged it from power and tried again. I found that I had to unplug/re-plug the ethernet to get it to connect, though. Is there something I should be doing to maintain a solid ethernet connection?

The C700 is a NAD product and speaking of Bluesound devices once the Ethernet cable is connected that’s it. Possible that the cable was not fully inserted or the crimp connector at the end is poor and a replacement cable would help.

I'll try a different cable. I do have a memory, that this cable had been replaced before, now that you mention it.
