AT&T Pace 5268ac and NAD C700

Today I got my much anticipated C700 unit and hooked it up in my office with ethernet to my AT&T Pace 5268ac router. Everything was going well (although I have a lot to learn about the BluOS ecosystem), but at one point, the unit lost connection and went through 4 separate attempts. Ultimately I unplugged it from power and tried again. I found that I had to unplug/re-plug the ethernet to get it to connect, though. Is there something I should be doing to maintain a solid ethernet connection?

  I'll try a different cable. I do have a memory, that this cable had been replaced before, now that you mention it.
