    Thanks for bringing it to our attention, our Quality Assurance Team has been able to replicate this and have passed it to our Product Development Team to resolve in a near future update.

    Did you use… from the Help menu, select Diagnostic and then click on the Rebuild Index button?

    I this does not help uninstall the controller and load it again.

    This is a new "feature" in the latest update.
    If you have more than one album for an artis, in desktop controller all songs from chosen artist is showing alphabetically if you click the "blank" artwork.
    On android, "No items found".

    I use an iPhone and iPad as controllers and this ‘new feature’ does not seem to be functional. as you described. The blank artwork does not appear in all artists with more than one album. It even shows up if the artist has only one album in the library. It’s quite random. And clicking on it will not bring up a song list. If I click on the play button in the blank artwork, it will start playing from one of the albums. Again, the selection of the album is also random from artist to artist.

    I had rebuilt the index, done a reboot and reinstalled the controller app but the issue persists.

    All I can suggest is to log a support ticket with Bluesound, from the App select Help… Send Support Request.
