Got reply gain set to smart gain on reading other posts seems to be the best setting. Using tidal (not sure on other streaming services) why is there still a large difference in volume between a song that is in cd quality and one that is in master/mqa, is there some other option I can turn on or off, it's very noticeable and getting annoying.

  Unfortunately this is down to Tidal and there is nothing you can set on BluOS to help. Spotify has a normalisation function but not sure of other streaming services.

  If you use an IR remote such as the RC1 from Bluesound you could set a preset with a lower and one with a higher volume setting to instantly tweak the volume down or up. Or just using the RC1 is very quick to adjust the volume.
