connecting vault to a marc levinson preamp

I have a Marc Levinson Preamplifier with multiple camac connector inputs-cd,tumer, aux etc.

When I connect  the output from the vault I only get sound from one preamp input & then from only one speaker. I have tried two different sets of cables.

Any thoughts?
