Well done ! Good regression testing.
Please not a standard copy paste response like "must be network" or "reboot router please". Nothing wrong on that side. Also restarted device itself. Did not fix it.

Our Quality Assurance team has been able to replicate this and will resolve it in an upcoming maintenance release. That being said, it is not affecting the upgrade process, only selecting to upgrade using the menu prompt in the BluOS App for Windows and macOS.- Close and relaunch the App and wait for the automatic prompt to update your BluOS Player
- Use the BluOS App for Android or iOS and launch the upgrade from that App
