Pulse 2 uses 13 watt in standby
AnsweredHi forum
I have this energy box checker which I have used to check all my stuff using power.
it looks fine around, but not at my pulse 2 speaker.
It's connected to my wifi.
When it's not in use and just is there with the blue light not playing, my energy checker keeps standing on 13 watt use.
In settings I have the standby option on.
Is there anything else I can do?
As I understood it should be almost nothing like my televisions and computeres in standby.

Does the reading still show 13watts after 15 minutes or so? The standby option by default is in ON position. After 15 minutes of idle, all of Bluesound devices will go into a powersave mode. When pressing play, depending on the model or your player, sometimes the amplifier can take 2-8 seconds to wake and begin to play music again. As a result, you can defeat Amplifier Stand By by setting this switch to off for instantaneous playback.
Hope this helps and thanks for #LivingHiFi

Thanks ...yes also after 15 min.
I will try with extension and high load and connect pulse 2 and wait 15 min.. Then it should be only a little raise or nothing I hope..
