Low sound after software update

Updated software (IOS app: 3.2020 - Bluos 3.20.21).

Perfectly functioning system now only has very low sound power. I found a limiter (never noticed before) in the sound panel in the app. Switching to maximum improved sound level, but not like before. Iphone is also maxed out.

I tried removing and reinstalling without any luck. What to do? TIA Torben

  No DSP changes occurred in this updated release - please select Help, Send Support Request citing what sources or options you are using that appear to have had this happen (External Source, Spotify, Bluetooth or Streaming Source).   No tone control, actually no sound features used.
