Reset of settings after loss of power

i have 3 bluesound players. One of them always loses all of the settings after a power loss, the other two do not.
does anyone know a solutions for this?

I've been experiencing the same issue.
My Vault works fine and shows no loss of memory
My Pulse Mini works fine and shows no loss of memory
My Power Node works fine but does show loss of memory after every update or power loss. Every time I need to rename the player and re-install my presets.
What might be the solution?

That's right.
I also had an issue with the Vault. It got stuck during an update.
That was also fixed within 45 minutes. My current problem is only my second in 10 years. With these complex devices that is quite little.
I just created my ticket and I'm just waiting for it.
