An external device is keeping the Primary Player of your group from entering standby by continuing to send a signal of some sort. This is likely (but not always) a CEC command being sent from your television to a POWERNODE or SOUNDBAR.

Try pressing PAUSE ALL at the bottom of your Player Selection Drawer and run your tests again. Also try disconnecting any external devices and then reconnecting them one at a time until you find the offending device.

Your math indicate a cost of €2/kWh. Maybe do the math again?

I have just measured my own players, and when entering stand-by, my Powernode2i is going from 11,9W to 2,9W.
All players are below 3W in stand-by. (EU requirements is 3-12W for network-connected devices).

Thanks I would expect to see that drop as well. My problem is the standby never occurs. I can force the nodes into holiday mode and the power consumption drops to 0w.
Buy why doesn't it turn into standby after 48hours idle?

For the calc, I have several nodes, kWh price in august were €0,9 and only increasing looking forward

If you have the LED indicator set at "Normal" on your Powernode, does it turn off after abt. 15 mins?
If so, that will indicate that the player is entering stand-by mode (as long as "Amplifier Standby" is also turned on).

Strange. I switched the indicator from off to normal. But after 30 min the indicator light is still ON. Power measures 11,5w?

If the indicator is still on, I would unplug all other players, reset the player (a new setup is requiered, only network and new name on the player is needed), and then measure (or see if the LED goes off). Leave all other players unplugged.

Ok. I deleted BluOs skills from Alexa and Homey, but the ligt is still on.
I am a little reluctant to reset the device as I dont have an understanding if which data i need to backup, like playlist, several alarms config, media servers etc.

Could there be any configuration item that - by fault - are keeping the nodes idle?

Most likely not a configuration issue in your player(s).
"Something" is preventing your players from entering stand-by mode. That could be third-party integration, or network related.

The "something" is likely a TV sending a CEC command via HDMI

    @Bjørn, THANK YOU!

I finally managed to enable powersavings thanks to your suggestion. The factory reset restored the powersaving on the nodes. I had to execute on each individual notes. Only difference now is the use of new node names.

But it works quite consistently. Only have to restore all the configuratons - one by one - to figure out what went wrong.

    Thanks again.

@Tony. Noting is connected except wireless LAN. I even tried to block all communication to the IP address without any success.
