Logging out and back into Blusound Node
AnsweredI recently purchased a Node. I set it up and initially was using the streaming on Amazon that just comes with Prime. But then I soon upgraded to Music Unlimited. My problem is that none of the tracks marked "HD" or "HR" in Amazon are showing up that way on Node. I read somewhere that I should try logging out of Bluesound and logging back in again. But how do you do this?

In the Bluesound App select Music Services, then Amazon Music. There will then be a logout icon.

Thanks for the quick reply, Seppi. I tried this, and since my posting my question I also tried logging out of Amazon, rebooting the Node, then logging back into Amazon again. But after this tracks listed on Amazon's site as HD (e.g., "Hat and Beard" by Eric Dolphy) appear as CD on my Node app. Anything else I can try? Also, I've signed up only for the 30 day free trial of Amazon Music Unlimited. But that shouldn't be the cause, right?

Try the Amazon app and make sure that HD tracks are marked as such when playing,
My Amazon music account would not play HD tracks and I had to get Amazon support to change the subscription at their end. It is possible your account needs “tweaking” by Amazon.

I'll give that a shot. Thanks!
