Could someone please me a detail instruction how to manually install a firmware on my Node 2.
Stick in the USB stick and than....?

At the bottom of the downloads page are the instructions, however it is much easier just to use he Bluesound app to check for an update relevant to your device and let it update automatically.

Service port is only for Bluesound’s use.

Well, did as instructed but the lights remain red.
What more do you think I can do?

Just do it using the app, from the Bluesound App select help…Upgrade. The app with then confirm if there is an update available or not.

There reason I tried to update manual is because it suddenly stopped working - solid red light and unable to connect to it via the app. I thought that a new firmware may solve this otherwise I don't know what to do.

Log a support ticket with Bluesound and they will provide further help.

Useless support. Same emails over and over. In the end, if you purchased your product over a year ago, you are out of luck.
