Factory rest of Node 2 failinf
AnsweredI went through the steps, and it told me I successfully updated the wifi setting however, after launching the app, my player cannot be found and it asks me to do everything over again. I attempted a factory reset at least six more times, but I never get the flashing red, and it goes from red, to flashing green to solid blue. I really want to get my player working again. What more can I do before I tear my hair out?

Temporarily move the Node and connect it direct to your Router using Ethernet then you will be able to configure the Wi-Fi settings.

I am still unable to connect to my player. It either stays on solid red, or goes to blue. When I attempt to find it via the app on my iPad, it does not find it. I cannot complete a factory reset. Time to start pulling my hair out. PLEASE HELP

The solid Red LED means you have managed to put your player into upgrade mode, solid Blue means it’s connected successfully to your network either by Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
Possible issues with your network router so would suggest contacting Bluesound directly. At the bottom right hand side of this very page is a blue Support button… click on it or alternatively send an email support@bluesound.com
