Bingo!  it’s an Amazon issue I started getting the same notifications just now. These normally fix themselves.

From the Bluesound App select Services and logout of Amazon Music, close the app and then log back in again to see if this helps, if not try rebooting your Router followed by your Bluesound device.

There have been no Bluesound updates recently so this would imply it’s either something local to you or the Amazon servers you are connected to. I am in the UK and currently streaming from Amazon Music.

So, you are saying Amazon music has outages?

BTW. This morning it got worse. I had broken pipe error. and could not restart playback. Before I could at least restart playback.

Re plugging power on Node made it work again for now. I wish Bluesound would offer any meaningful diagnostics...

Yes…. all streaming services have outages. Rebooting / removing power probably made you connect to a different and working Amazon server.

The error messages unfortunately come from Amazon.

interesting. Never experience issues on other devices such as my Tesla, receiver or amazon video playback. On the Blue sound I experience such issues more frequent.

    Couldn't Bluesound implement:

    some more meaningful errors ?

    Perhaps automatically try to reconmnect?

I am still getting the odd issue, going to swap DNS on the router now to see if that helps.
