    This would imply that something has changed on your router, I would check to see if there is something called isolation and make sure multicast is turned on. Often when routers upgrade their firmware setting are changed without the owners knowledge.

    I'm using a Netgear Orbi RBR750 with lastest firmware and operating in router mode. The Vault is connected by ethernet.  I've scoured all the settings and cannot find anything referencing isolation or multicast.

    I note that the BS app allows me to group the vault with my nodes.  And I can't access the library from any of the nodes or the vault. The netgear site says that Orbi does not prevent devices from accessing each other (except in guest network, which I am not using).

    Ideas?

    Make sure the  Vault is connect to the master Orbi along with any wired Bluesound players.

    Beyond that log a support ticket for the Bluesound support crew to take a look. From the Bluesound App select Help…Send Support Request.

    I finally got the issue resolved by telling the Vault to re-index the library.  That took just a few minutes and then the library came back on line.

    I have the same problem (1st gen vault too) but the re index function doesn’t work, it stalls at 1 song, and yet I can see everything in the drive by looking at disk usage, or via file browser via my desktop PC.

    I’ve rebooted both router and vault, twice, no joy.

    Any advice?

    As always in these cases, please select Settings, Send Support Request in the App so our Support Crew can review the player event log and identify what is going wrong.
