Continuing to have drops, errors etc - looking for help on settings
AnsweredI am continuing to have issues with my BluesoudnNode. I submitted a ticket though Bluesound node "help" with log file but never heard back.
Regardless, I thought for a long time that my issues are due to wireless. So I decided to plug in the Node over Ethernet. While a bit less I still have issues. I am looking for help to review my network settings. At this point with WiFi eliminated (other than the ipad as the app controller) I like to focus on settings on the following:
Zyxel USG40 (the "router")
and a Switch Zyxel GS1920-8HP

Do I need IGMP snooping?
what settings should I check?

Hi Ralf,
You will be asked to ENABLE IGMP Snooping by our support team. This will prevent Multicast traffic from being seen as malicious traffic. Give it a try and see

I activated IGMP (checkbox). Anything else I should consider checking on the switch before moving to the router?
