Unable to connect using Ethernet
AnsweredI have my Node connected using Wi-Fi and would like to connect over Ethernet.
However, when I connect the supplied ethernet cable to the Node, I am no longer able to connect to the Node using any app. I have to unplug the ethernet cable to reestablish the connection with the app.
For reference, I have connected this ethernet cable directly to my gigabit ethernet modem. I have tried different cables. I have plugged in other devices, including my PC using the same connection terminal and cable and can achieve gigabit speeds. I just cannot connect my node to it, or at least, connect to my node when my node is plugged in to ethernet.
I don't have any firewalls or guest networks setup. I have setup other devices like this many times before without issue, including TVs, consoles, and other media devices including my Sonos which my Bluesound is replacing.

Traffic is being blocked in your home router or your handheld device and the wireless network is not on the same network as your Players and wired devices. Please e-mail us at support@bluesound.com so we can help you troubleshoot your network.
