    Hi JBoll

The password you are prompting was generated at the setup of your Bluesound Player as an AirPlay Speaker. It cannot be removed conventionally. Please select Help, Send Support request so our Support Crew can help walk you through removing the password without having to factory reset your Player.

Ok thanks, i just contact the support

in the mean time, do you know what i done for blocked myself ? I wasn’t there: when i went to holidays it worked, and now I’m back and is not working anymore 🙃

is there an automatic update or something like that to my powernode during my absence ?

The support said to me to reset my powernode, what I done, but my appleTV still ask me a password. I lost my playlist so i think the reset worked. Besides my Panasonic tv does not reconized my powernode anymore (use arc with hdmi and an optical cable for audio) and when I use my tv remote control, the volume control is not forward to my powernode

    any ideas ?

Thanks to the support, my problem was resolved 😊

for other users that have me the same issue than me, you need to remove the powernode from the iOS home app before perform the powernode factory reset

     thanks
