music dropout
AnsweredNot a techie, so the story goes, I'm listening to music when all of a sudden there's nothing. All music stops and when I look at my computer, the music is supposedly playing but nothing is coming through. If I skip to another song, it may play.....hit or miss. Can anyone tell me what's going on???

Hi Mark, this is quite probably due to your network. You don’t say how your Bluesound devices are connected. I suspect Wi-Fi and the signal is not great in the location where your player is.
In the Bluesound App select Help…Diagnostics, this page will show you wireless strength. If it shows you have a good signal then best to log a support ticket so Bluesound can have a look at your logs.
Again from the App select Help…Send Support Request immediately after music stops playing.
