I have the same problem with Amazon Music on the updated BluOS app. I also receive the error "Bad Request" when I try the to use the search bar.

No issues with Qobuz or Tidal through the BluOS app search. Anyone else have the problem and/or solution?

It was an Amazon Music fault, third party hardware players use different “hooks” on the Amazon servers (compared to the Amazon App / Alexa devices) and they were either updating or having a server issue.

Stopped working for me about 6pm UK time so just went to my local music library, back up and working here in the UK now.

Thanks, I assume you mean the search function is working now. I'll check it out in the morning!

Search is now working for me, at one point I could not even play music but it is back working for me at least.

Same problem for me, which I first noticed last night not being able to search for music in blu os app via my linked Amazon Music account. I can choose amazon charts, genres, recommended music etc through the Amazon Music via blu os but just can't use the search option to look for a specific artist/song. When I try to search it states, "content couldn't be loaded bad request". When I Iook into my amazon account it states the below:

    400 Bad Request
    The parameter client_id is required

I called Amazon and they said nothing is wrong on their end and the said the error is due to the blu os app. I'm not sure who's at fault, but I really do hope they fix it very soon. I have no issues using Amazon music search anywhere else except on the blu os app on both my Samsung Galaxy and Apple phone. I have had my Bluesound node 2i for about 3 years and never had any issue like this before. I can use Qobuz thru the blu os app without any issues and the search function works just fine. I sent email to bluesound/blu os support to troubleshoot and hopefully get back to me soon. For now I signed up for the 30 day free trial via Qobuz to stream music thru the blu os app. Hopefully they can fix within 30 days as I don't want to have to pay for both Amazon music and Qobuz.

What do you all recommend for the best music app to stream hifi music? I do have a high end hifi audio system, integrated amp, and speakers. I listen to my music via vinyl and streaming via Bluesound Node 2i. I've had Amazon unlimited HD for years and love it, but if this doesn't get fixed, which music service is best for hifi/hi res sound quality and functionality of the music app between Tidal, Qobuz, and Spotify?

Same issue here in Canada. Can play music with Amazon on everything else (ie My Music Library, Playlists etc.). However when I try to search I get that error. Never seen before and very frustrating. I hope it is fixed soon.

I am hoping that someone from bluesound will notice and respond. When I signed out of Amazon from the BluOS app, I was unsuccessful signing back in. My router page opened up in Safari!

The issue OCCURS ON BOTH MY SAMSUNG GALAXY AND APPLE PHONE WHEN USING THE BLU OS APP WITH AMAZON MUSIC SERVICES. OTHERWISE MY AMAZON MUSIC SERVICES WORKS FINE ON ALL MY OTHER STREAMERS AND MUSIC APPS. THIS MUST MEAN THE ISSUE LIES WITHIN THE BLU OS APP. THE EMAIL I RECEIVED FROM BLU OS SUPPORT CLAIMS THE ISSUE IS DUE TO AMAZON AND ITS THIRD PARTY UPDATE. I DOUBT IT AND AM SURE THIS ISSUE LIES WITH BLU OS, AS EVERYTHING POINTS TO THEM. Either way they need to communicate with Amazon to quickly get these problem fixed or people will dump blu os services and products if they can't use one of the biggest music services in Amazon music. So frustrating. I wish blu os would post an update. Even the blu os support team member said they've received many reports of this problem with Amazon music searches thru blu os app not working.

I've been having the same problem since Sat. evening it's now Sunday night and it's still not working. I'm beginning to wish I hadn't paid for a full year of Amazon. When I've contacted them for other problems I've had they act like it's the first they've heard of the problem. One would think that the Blu OS could be written a little better too.
