Pre-program Optical Digital Input 1 (TV mode) on remote RC1?
AnsweredIs it possible to program the Optical Digital Input 1 of the Bluesound Powernode N330 under a key of the remote control RC1.
I'm asking this because turning on the Apple TV 4K doesn't automatically switch the sound to Optical Digital Input 1 because that option doesn't work with the Node N330.
This is possible with the Samsung TV, but I do not use it to switch on the TV.
I do that with the Apple TV.

You need to create a preset first, ignoring the RC1
https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/articles/209333728-How-Can-I-Set-a-Preset-in-Bluesound-
Once done you can then trigger the preset using the app or the RC1 remote, pressing the corresponding button that you created the preset under.
Edit, the source must be available (plugged in) otherwise it won’t show in the Bluesound App.

Yes, you can assign an input to a Preset, then select the preset with the RC1.

Good to hear, but I've tried everything to set that option in the RC1 but I haven't succeeded so far.
Is there a short description how I can record this? So, for example, under key number 10.0 -
Thanks again for the answer.
I'll read it through and try again tomorrow and I hope it works.0 -
Thanks for your replies and the problem is solved, my thanks for that.
The Optical Digital Input 1 source has been added to button 10 of the RC1 remote control after you have completed your instructions.0
