    In order to see what went wrong here, we'd love to review the event log. Please select Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS App. This will send a copy of the log to our Support Crew who will then reach out directly via e-mail to see why the content on your USB stick is not showing in the App.

    Thank you for your reply. I sent the request. Music plays well. That's not the problem. The problem is that the sound does not work. Especially if it's 24bit 192hz.
