What is going on with these FW updates? Why are you not fixing anything?
AnsweredI see that for several software updates there are no actual fixes of so many broken things that you have. This has been going on for more than half a year now. Not a single meaningful update regarding functionality....
Would you care to comment why you never address anything of the dozens of issues that have been reported to you?
You only seem to update connectivity issues of some devices... are there no software functionality developers at all in this team to try and address at least something?
This is becoming incredibly frustrating after so many months of nothing!
After more than half a year that I own this device now(latest Node), you haven't fixed absolutely anything, nor have you provided a single UI improvement. NOTHING!!!
You only fix issues that are relevant for a tiny group of users but you don't seem to care at all about all the rest of us!
- why you can't search within playlists?
- why you can't order or sort playlists?
- why is my shuffle setting not remembered? Every time I select a preset I have to press the shuffle again and every time I start a preset it is the same song over and over again! I'm sick and tired of listening to the same song... FIX this for Christ's Sake!

Not only not fixed but broken what was working fine before the update in April. See my posts about Qobuz, which have never been resolved, I was forced to use another service, which works without any issues.

They don't care at all.
I've stopped using the controller some time ago. I'm now using the Spotify or the Tidal apps directly. It is just very frustrating to use the BluOS app.
I only started the post because this is probably the 10th update in a row which is total garbage and doesn't add any functionality.
You can check the release notes here. Try to find a UI update anywhere since 3.14 and you'll fail.
And yes, they broke the track seek since one of the previous updates.

Mark, what are we supposed to do you with you standard copy/paste answer your guys put in everywhere? It doesnt make any sense at all. Why even bother with this? NOTHING happens, NOTHING! You just leave an impression that you really care, which is totally BS..
I've filled in bugs which are +4 and +7months old and still NOT fixed! Did you fire the whole dev team, or WTF is going on? Its a JOKE, that you cannot fix bugs which you introduced in the latest release.

It there a defect list or requested function that the user community has voiced that has been prioritized by Bluesound. If this forum is not the right place perhaps as the Bluesound User community we set something up on AVSForum or any other similar sight. I would encourage Blue Support to think of the Users on this forum as one of their greatest assets. Please. Please allow us to address gaps in your interfaces.

Maybe someone can update on this matter? Why not being transparant about the update/ fix roadmap? Would really be appreciated and would be much more professional for a high end (and priced) brand. This feels kind of amateur.
