Disappointed in Bluesound
AnsweredWe have a bluesound vault2 , a little bit more than 2 years. It stopped working , always red light ... So my bluesound had to go back to the shop where i bought it ! They could not fixed it so it had to be send to adres deliverd by the importer of our country. There they said that my bluesound had to replace 12 X E , seems that those E are capacitors , and i get a bill of 400 euro ?! I hardly used my bluesound because i only use it when i have friends at home / party and due of Corona that couldn't. Nor the importer nor the shop want to do a thing for me.
I 'v send a mail to Bluesound and they answered : your shop wil give you possible a extended warranty
The importer said it is the shop that decide this
The shop said no it is the importer that does this
At the end they all ( Bluesound included ) did nothing !
I saw on internet that problems with capicitors are a " common" problem of bluesound ? !!
Need i to say that we are very disappointed that our Bluesound of 1200 euro , doesn't work after a few times ? And then so a huge bill ? And no gesture of Bluesound ?
