    I am also on 12.5 and no issues with the controller. The spinning usually shows when the controller cannot communicate with your players.

    If you can control your players using a phone or tablet then reboot your Mac and try again. Still no joy… power cycle your router, then when it’s back up and running reboot your Bluesound devices and once again your Mac.
