Bluesound pulse flex mini 2i bluetooth signal stopped during playback
AnsweredYesterday afternoon, I was listening to records thru a bluetooth turntable, and has been used for many months now. In the middle of a song, the speakers stopped producing sound.
The bluetooth switch on the turntable is on the bottom of the player, so it wasn't switched off.
There are no software updates available.
The bluetooth setting for the speakers are set to automatic.
I have unplugged the speakers, waited and plugged them back in.
On my BluOs app, I get a circle spinning around a play arrow, but it never connects.
I have a pair of these speakers grouped for stereo sound.
Besides a garbage can, any suggestions?
Wifi signal is excellent, and the other music apps play. It is only bluetooth that no longer connects.
Still waiting for bluesound support response, other than checking the online manual.

Seppi, thanks for your response.
The issue yesterday was that Bluetooth was not recognized
I could not play any b/t device
This morning I could.
Appears to have been a weaker signal from my router than the speakers tolerate, per your support team.
My signal was around 61- 62 MB, where these speakers prefer less than 60.
