Pulse Sub Popping / Crackling noise

Pulse Sub produces popping and crackling noise at certain frequencies. I have also noticed it seems to be receiving a signal / woofer vibrating when not playing anything on the Pulse Soundbar. I have tried resetting, turning down volume and adjusting cross over point. Issues persists.

  Something does sound off here but our Support Crew will need to take a closer look. Please select Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS App. In the brief description field please enter exactly as typed the following string (lowercase and with the underscores);

  _alldiscovered_ 

  This will send us the log files to all your players so we can check if there is a buffering or timing error.
