My new remote uses the battery in about 14 days. How is that?

  The batteries supplied could have been in the Distribution Channel sometime before being packaged with the RC1. If a fresh set of quality batteries only lasts two weeks then I would suggest raising a support ticket.

  I use Duracell CR 2032 batteries and my remotes have not had replacements for over a year.
