Crackling using Roon on C368 but not BluOS Controller
AnsweredI've seen this mentioned elsewhere but am not sure whether there is a solution.
As the title states, I hear a crackle, typically in one channel, when using Roon to stream to the C368 BluOS MDC card v2. This doesn't happen on any of my other BluOS devices, flex's, M33, Pulses or Node II. Roon plays well with all of them even using upsampling and some DSP. Just the C368, streaming from my NAD, Tidal or playing from a connected USB – so I'm sure it's not a network issue. C368 is ethernet connected. Anyone else?

Thank you for the reply. On a hunch I reset the C 368 and updated it to the latest firmware it supports. The crackle has not returned.

That's great news.

In case this helps anyone, I had the same issue with my Powernode 2i and a factory reset solved it. At least for now, hope it doesn't come back.
