Unable to find wifi
AnsweredHi all
I am new. I just got a brand new node (n130) and I have issues setting it up. I downloaded the app on my phone and started the process. In the house, I have 3 wifi networks (A,B and C let's say). B is for IoT devices(sensors) and has limited network access, C is for guests and has 0 access in the local network. A is the network I use for all my devices and from where the phone is connecting to the Node.
The Problem:
The phone is connected to Wifi A. I am scanning for the device, I find it, and when I try to connect it to wifi A, but, the Node only sees wifi B and C.
What Am I doing wrong? I don't get it.
Thank you

Hi Mihai,
Leaving your player wired is always the preferred way to go.
Double-check your router settings. Any difference in wifi signal between networks A, B, and C?
Lastly, keep in mind that only NODE N130 and NODE 2i N125 are dual bands while NODE 2 and the original NODE are not.
Thanks for #LivingHiFi -
All my networks are WPA2
if I connect the player to lan (wich is a different VLAN) once connected to the player via app, under settings I can see my Wifi Network A, however I add te credentials, but it refuses to connect. I can't see anything in the AP logs.

No need anymore. I added my control devices (mobile and tablets) in the same VLAN as the Lan cable connected devices and avoided the issue. However the Node is not detecting 1 out of 3 SSIDs. that's a problem you guys need to solve.
So far we can close the ticket, the problem is still there, but is not affecting me for now, as i had my workaround implemented.
