    Hi Adrius,

I am not seeing any current or past support tickets from you. Please use your BluOS app for sending us a support ticket, this way we can review the logs. In the BluOS App >> Help >> Send Support Request.

    Thanks for #LivingHiFi

Support initially told me to download the update via USB to apply it rather than direct internet Download.
“As this has resolved the issue for some Users”.  The muting still occurred the next day.

Support then informed me that there is a “Known Issue” and that I needed to return it to get the issue resolved. Tried finding a NAD Repair Centre and failed. I requested to see the Service Document, and was refused. I then requested Support to tell me what the “Known Issue” was, and what Repair entailed, software or hardware, I have had no reply.  (I am assuming that my best bet is to return the C700 to the seller SevenOaks Sound and Vision for warranty repair.)

Does anyone know what the FIX is?

Then considered what might be making the issue apparently random. I had occasionally attempted to read my music from a USB connected SanDisk 1Tb SSD, So far, the only times that the Music muted from awakening from “Sleep” has been with the SSD connected. (For me “Sleep” means display Off LED White, and “Hibernate” means Display Off, LED Red)

I am making a guess that the USB power drain of the 1Tb SSDS may be involved in triggering the Muting.

I am leaning towards keeping the C700, if it does not Mute with NO SSD Connected for a whole week.

Two days with SSD disconnected “No Muting”

My initial plan was to use my BRENNANB2 as the my Media Server with the C700 the Player at home.
On vacation I would take the C700 and the 1Tb SSD, this is looking like a potential no-go.

There a number of issues with the BluOS App on my ipad.

I will make separate POSTS to enumerate them.

This POST is now closed, I got the C700 replaced, the new one does not Randomly Mute.
I did hear that had I had a Sub Woofer attached I would still have heard the Sub Woofer!

By the way, I kept my community Identity separate from my Support Identity.
