The controller on your Windows in not seeing your Bluesound players on opening, they make take a moment or two depending on your network to appear.

Possibly your machine is not connected to your network and is waking up at that moment? You could test this by connecting to another machine locally or pinging a Bluesound devices IP address prior to opening the Bluesound App.

Hu Seppi, seems that after 15 seconds or so the left pane paints so all options are visible. However, none of the selections except for My Playlists, My Presets and My Favorites work. Clicking on any other selection doesn't do a thing.

Also, I can't access the NODE via wireless. Same subnet, etc.

Oddly Roon (running on Windows on another PC) can access and play through the NODE.

    I am stumped.

    Hi Mook

Please e-mail support@bluesound.com and our Support Crew will help troubleshoot why your Windows Laptop is blocking traffic, but if I was to hazard a guess, perhaps you have your Internet Firewall settings on your laptop set to 'nuke'.

Hi Dave, you are in good hands with Bluesound support. Sounds like your Router and / or Windows needs tweaking.

Seppi, it could be but I just swapped a 2i with the new NODE and I'm having some odd issues. We'll see what's up.

    Regards,

    Dave-

This MAY be solved. I uninstalled the Controller app from my phone. Re-installed it and things SEEM to be working. This includes the issue with launching the app from my laptop (Ethernet) and NOT having to re-boot. I want to do some more "testing" to see if this is the case.
