need to do new controller install every time I want to start listening

    Hi Stephen

    If Players are not showing up in your Player Drawer regularly, please reboot your router, wait 5 minutes then reboot your player and relaunch the App. If the problem returns the next day, please contact our Support Crew at support@bluesound.com so we can help you troubleshoot why your router is blocking network traffic.
