Hi,

 

I have 2 problems with your Alexa integration that makes life hard using BluOS with Alexa:

1) i cant say "play music x" but i always need to say "alexa, ask bluesound to play"... this is too complicated. I have children too, explain a child of 6 y. old to say that! it's simply too complicated and unfriendly to do that. It's a customer feedback. You may have engineering reasons behind but at the end it s the people like buy that give you the money :)

 

2) you dont support other languages (italian, french). this is simply not acceptable, especially if you consider it's not clear from your advertisement website.

 

I have your product since 1 year and i dont see any improvement for alexa. This is also makes me think you dont' care about this aspect..

  Nowadays having a good Alexa / Google Assistant integration are important, it makes the whole experience different.
