Vault 2 "Remote Service Error"

My Vault 2 was working just fine and I was using it, as I often do, to listen to Amazon Music. Then the music stopped. And when I tried to reconnect to the service, I get "Remote Service Error, Service Unavailable". So I switched to my Library. The system was very (VERY) slow to respond, and when I finally got an album selected, it played part of the first song and quit. Same thing when I restarted it two or three times.
I have checked all cables, swapped Ethernet cable for a known-good cable, changed ports on my Internet switch, repowered everything. And then connected the Vault directly to the router and powered everything down and up again.
Nothing fixes this.
Anyone else have this problem?

I am also getting a remote service error. I logged out of AM and then logged back in, rebooted by Node 2i's.
It plays a few songs and then I get another remote service error.

Nuts. Now I am bummed. Was hoping that maybe this was something weird with my network or something but I think it's gonna be a bad network card in the Vault. Hopeful I hear back from someone (anyone) in support to see if there is a workaround. We were planning on our library being our music for our July 4 party. It's been such a great thing to use before.

There have been multiple reports for several weeks of issues with Amazon Music on other Hi-Fi forums unrelated to Bluesound.
Why not try a free music subscription trial with Tidal, Qobuz, Deezer or Spotify to see if the issue persists.

I've tried some other music sources, but to no avail.
I'm noticing that even the library itself is very, very slow to respond and then when I try to select songs, it often just quits altogether. Haven't been able to get more than a few seconds of play time. So that, combined with this Remote Service Error message has me believing I have a Vault issue. Disappointed---we are on our second Vault after the first one failed (but after several years) and love it.
Hoping Bluesound will eventually respond and let me know if there is anything else I can try.

In your opening post you said you repowered everything, did that include the router then after it was fully running the Vault?
I would try to play something (that normally errors) then immediately in the App select Help…Send Support Request. This way Bluesound get to see the logs.
