    Firstly powercycle your Router, followed by your Bluesound device. If this does not help you could try changing your Routers DNS entries to point at Google / Quad9 or The Cloudflare ones.

    If this does not help, after you get the error message use the Bluesound App to select Help…Send Support Request.
