Hello,
I got the player now for one week and I am happy with it. But her comes my problem. The music ran via the integrated Amazon music app and when a WhatsApp message was received, the music stopped playing immediately. After that I also played a video on the smartphone and the music stopped again. Connection always via WLAN and when I pressed play again afterwards, the song started from the beginning.

Are you using the Bluesound App? you need to enter your Amazon Music credentials into the Bluesound App and play music this way rather than using the Amazon Music app on your phone.
This way anything you do (or notifications) on your phone will not interrupt the music playing and you can actually turn off your phone and the music will continue to play.

I am using the BluOS App and I am signed in there in the Amazon Music App. If I want to use the Amazon music app directly I need to connect my phone with Bluetooth to the box.

If you use Bluetooth all sounds from your phone will be sent to your Pulse, and notifications will cause interrupts.
Best to use the Bluesound App to avoid this.

Wow....tell me something new. I bought the box to avoid the Bluetooth problems.
I use the BluOS App and have the described problems. For that problem I need help.

Sound like your phone is still connecting via Bluetooth, disable or set Bluetooth as manual in the Bluesound App.

Ok I will try this later, so can the box hold both connections simultaneously?
