Try a reboot of your router, followed by the device you are Airplaying from and then reboot your NAD.

I was suddenly able to get to BluOS Reset command so I quickly did the reset. Still disconnecting though.

I got another new router. Very common top-rated router: TP-Link AX55. Still disconnecting after a couple of minutes. FYI, my old Apple Airport Extreme worked fine but Comcast stopped supporting it. Are there some router settings I need to fiddle with? From what I've read it could have something to do with the NAD BluOS card requiring old standard 2.4ghz, which it's using but I also have a separately named 5ghz network. Is there a 5ghz USB Wifi dongle that will work with MDC BLUOS 2?

I talked to a nice guy at Crutchfield and he told me to change the 2.4ghz channel from Auto to channel 3. Did not help. Disconnects after a minute or so and I have to Reboot BluOS.

Another thing to try is to log out of iCloud on your iDevice then back in again but from the additional info posted you could have Router / Wi-Fi issues / signal not strong enough.

Best to log a support ticket with Bluesound, just after it disconnects again. From the Bluesound App select…Help…Send Support Request.

Thank you Seppi! You guided me to the solution. After it stopped I ran the diagnostic in the BluOS app and it said “weak” wifi, which surprised me because wifi works great much further away. I moved the wifi dongle around and it suddenly had strong wifi AND stopped disconnecting! I do think the weak link with this device is the USB wifi dongle. I’m planning to run Ethernet to my NAD.
